- Define your "why": Take a moment to reflect on your career goals. Whether you’re aiming for your RN, LPN, or simply starting with your CNA, knowing your "why" is the foundation of our mentorship. Be ready to share your vision during our first strategy session!
- Gather your documents: Have a copy of your high school diploma or GED and a valid photo ID ready. This keeps your administrative path clear and allows us to focus on your training.
- Secure your spot: Your journey begins with a commitment. Contact us to learn about availability and secure your place in an upcoming cohort.

1. Reach out for a discovery call
I don’t just want you to sign up; I want to make sure you have the right plan. Click the button below to send me a message. Let me know you’re interested in the CNA Prep & Bridge program, and we’ll set up a time to chat about your goals and how we can get you started.
2. Your enrollment session
Once we connect, we’ll schedule your enrollment session. During this time, we will:
- Confirm your goals and answer any final questions.
- Process your $400 initial deposit to secure your seat.
- Get you onboarded with your Sophia.org roadmap so you can start working toward those college credits immediately.
3. Join the cohort
Once your spot is confirmed, you are officially part of the cohort! You’ll receive all the information you need for our first day.
