Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Nurse Sherri’s CNA Prep & Bridge. By using our website and enrolling in our programs, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Program Enrollment and Payment

Pricing: The total cost for the CNA Bridge program is $750.
Payment Structure: A deposit of $400 is required to secure your spot. The remaining balance of $350 must be paid in full by 2 PM on the day of your scheduled class.
No-Refund Policy: Please be advised that all payments made to Nurse Sherri’s CNA Prep & Bridge are strictly non-refundable. Once a payment is submitted, it cannot be returned under any circumstances, including voluntary withdrawal from the program or failure to attend.
Sophia.org Credits: We recognize and integrate credits from Sophia.org. Please ensure all documentation regarding your credits is submitted prior to the start of your program to be eligible for applicable discounts or credit transfers.

2. Attendance and Scheduling

Attendance: Students are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled session. Failure to attend your scheduled class without prior notification results in the forfeiture of all payments made.
Rescheduling: While we do not offer refunds, we understand emergencies can arise. Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to discuss potential rescheduling. Rescheduling is strictly subject to class availability and at the sole discretion of the administration.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and curriculum provided by Nurse Sherri’s CNA Prep & Bridge—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and training manuals—are the intellectual property of Nurse Sherri’s and are protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from these materials without express written permission.

4. Limitation of Liability

Nurse Sherri’s CNA Prep & Bridge provides educational training services. While we strive for excellence in our instruction, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or certification results. In no event shall our business be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your participation in our programs.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Florida.
