• Review the Bridge Model: I will walk you through how our program combines flexible online learning with a mandatory, in-person skills day check-off to ensure you are clinically prepared.

• Define Our Partnership: We will talk about what I expect from you as a student—including your commitment to the Sophia mentorship—and exactly what you can expect from me as your mentor throughout your journey.

• Seamless Enrollment: If we both determine that this program is the right move for you, we will handle your enrollment and deposit process directly during the call.
